After completing his service with the US Navy, Randy began his civilian career in the telecom industry with GTE as an Installation and Repair Technician. In this role, he honed his technical skills and developed a thorough understanding of complex telecommunications systems, making significant contributions to the company’s operational success.
Randy’s talent and dedication were quickly recognized, and he was promoted to a management position with Verizon. During his tenure at Verizon, he continued to excel in his career, taking on roles with increasing responsibility. Notably, Randy played a key role in leading an industry first in deploying fiber to the home, showcasing his innovative thinking and expertise. As a result of his strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence, he led large operational teams, ensuring the completion of multiple projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
When Frontier Communications acquired the states of Texas, Florida, and California, Randy was presented with new challenges and opportunities for growth. In his various roles at Frontier, he has been responsible for driving strategic initiatives, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous growth. In June 2021, Randy embarked on a new career path as the Chief Operating Officer for RTC Communications, where he continues to showcase his exceptional leadership abilities.
In addition to his extensive professional accomplishments, Randy is a devoted husband and enjoys spending quality time with his wife.
